Taiwan Surgical Corporation (TWSC) was founded in 2011 in Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park, the cradle for incubating the medical device industry in Taiwan, where we have been dedicated to the development of medical surgical instruments for the laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery (MIS).
Leveraging mechanical design and validation capability, in vitro and clinical experience, quality production and compliance to multiple regulatory standards, we embarked on the multi-fire clip appliers and evolved the array of state-of-the-art ligation devices and laparoscopic accessories.

FDA 510K Cleared
TWSC obtained the FDA 510K premarket approval for both the Disposable Clip Applier and Disposable Suction Irrigation products.
TWSC’s production facility has advanced to compliance with international standard of quality management system
The products of TWSC were commercialized in the European and oversea healthcare market by the marketing and distribution channels of worldwide partners
Following the GMP and ISO 13485, TWSC was qualified with KGMP for entering the Korean medical device market
Launched the “Reusable” Clip Applier
Considering the trend for sustainability, the Reusable Clip Applier was innovated and developed to reduce the waste of plastic handpiece, avoid cross infection and fulfill hospitals’ budgeting.
The InnoClip™ (Titanium) Clip Applier line is completed with the configurations of both 5mm and 10mm shaft models.
Inno-Hook™ Polymer Ligation Launched
TWSC developed the Inno-Hook™ polymer ligating clips with single-fire Reusable and Detachable Clip Applier to enrich the ligation product portfolio

The InnoClip™ Reusable Clip Applier was awarded with Taiwan Excellence 2020
Utilized the technical capability in multi-fire dynamic devices, the SKINPLUS™ Disposable Skin Stapler was developed to provide efficient solution for wound closure of open surgery
Inno-Port™ Bladeless and Optical trocars were developed, featured with maneuverability and low leak rate.
PAL Approval from PMDA Japan
TWSC was registered in Japan MHLW and the Inno-Port Trocar received the PAL product registration approval from PMDA, Japan

The Inno-Hook™ Reusable Clip Applier and Polymer Ligating Clips were awarded with Taiwan Excellence 2022
Basing on the accumulated experience in automatic multi-fire devices, TWSC kept developing the unique multi-fire clip applier with polymer ligating clips, aiming to provide the Total Medical Surgical Solution for professional Laparoscopic Ligation.
